Xtremi plays the IPTV service you already have. It comes with no channels or content: you bring your own service, or the address of an Xtremi server that has one.

To install

  1. Open the downloaded file. Android asks to let your browser install apps: allow it, this once.
  2. If Play Protect warns about the app, choose More details, then Install anyway.
  3. If Android says the app conflicts with one already installed, remove the old Xtremi first, then install again.

Google TV and Android TV

  1. On the TV, install Downloader from the Play Store.
  2. Open Downloader and type this short address, then choose Go: get.xtremi.com/tv
  3. When the download ends, choose Install. Allow Downloader to install apps when the TV asks, this once.
  4. If Play Protect warns about the app, choose More details, then Install anyway.
  5. If the TV says the app conflicts with one already installed, remove the old Xtremi first, then install again.

iPhone and iPad

There is no Xtremi app for iPhone or iPad yet. If you use an Xtremi server, you can keep it one tap away:

  1. In Safari, open the server's address.
  2. Tap Share (the square with the arrow), then Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Windows

There is no Xtremi app for Windows yet. If you use an Xtremi server, give it its own window like an app:

  1. Chrome: open the server's address, then the ⋮ menu, Cast, save and share, Create shortcut. Tick Open as window, then Create.
  2. Edge: open the server's address, then the ⋯ menu, Apps, Install this site as an app.

Roku

Xtremi on a Roku works only with an Xtremi server. The person who runs the server installs it on the Roku.
